Every order may not work out exactly as you had hoped so I want to make sure your return process is as simple as possible. I just ask that you make sure they are in fact eligible for a return.

Here is how it works:

• You have 10 days from your postmark date to return your items.
• Merchandise must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition.  Items that appear to have been worn, stained or smell will not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and we recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking information.
• Include your original packing slip with your name and order number with any notes as to why the item didn't work out.
• Customers will be given store credit to put towards a new purchase.
• Please allow 3 - 5 business days for us to process your return once received.
